About the job

As Project Manager at Voxdale, you'll be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization, budget and timeline. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time successfully. You'll collaborate with our customers , our partners and of course our expert teams of engineers, product developers and more. As Technical Project Manager, you'll remove blockers for your team and sync with all relevant stakeholders. You'll own detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation. Your work will be one of the most important components that make our projects successful.

About you

• You have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• You have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire your team members.
• You have strategic organizational skills that include attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• You have a solid understanding of product design and/or engineering
• You're highly skilled at program management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• You're decisive and you create clarity for those around you.
• You love organization and processes.

• You have a Master’s degree in Industrial Design, engineering or equivalent.
  

• You can communicate your ideas to people with varying levels of technical knowledge and can sell your vision, supported by clear, concise reports and research.
  

• You cope well with deadlines and budgets and are determined to tackle any challenge.

English proficiency is a must, Dutch German is a good extra but not required, any other language will be a great addition for the team! International applicants are welcome, but please be aware that we can not assist you in obtaining an EU work visa, in case you would need one.
